TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
Welcome to Genero Media's Hands Off Program. You as a member or owner of a Minuteman Press location will hereby be referred to as a “Partner.” By clicking on “I agree with the Terms and Conditions” you are hereby agreeing to the following:

REFERRAL PROGRAM
All referrals must be made via email or phone to Genero Media. Genero Media will not be held liable if a referred client chooses not to obtain the services of Genero Media or its Partner. Genero Media agrees to present the best possible solution for the referred client.

BILLING
Minuteman Press will bill the client directly. Prior to the start of a project, Genero Media will send an invoice to the Minuteman Press location for 70% of the project total. Minuteman Press agrees to pay this invoice before the start of any project. Minuteman Press has the liberty of charging its client for the full amount of the project at any time.

CLIENTS
All clients will remain the Partners clients. Genero Media will not communicate with the client directly without permission from the Partner. The Partner will not provide deadlines or make promises on projects on behalf of Genero Media. Genero Media will do its best to meet deadlines, however, circumstances may cause a delay in a project. Genero Media will keep the Partner informed of such delays that may occur. Genero Media will not be held liable for its failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, during any period in which such performance is delayed because such services were rendered impracticable or impossible due to circumstances beyond the party's reasonable control, provided that the party experiencing the delay promptly notices the delay.
